What are the fees for the challenge?
If you register now your reservation fee is 63% OFF (only $35), which confirms your spot in the challenge. After that there is a weekly fee of $35 for the 6 weeks of the Challenge. The Challenge will cost you ONLY $5.85 per day (including registration).

JUST THE AMOUNT OF MONEY YOU WILL SAVE ON FOOD DAILY FOLLOWING OUR NUTRITION PROGRAM WILL PAY FOR THE CHALLENGE.

 When does the challenge start? 
The Challenge starts Monday January 16th and goes on for 6 weeks.
 What are the sessions times? 
We currently offer 73 sessions a week starting at 5:30am, and ending at 8:30pm most days of the week.

MON SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 6:50am, 7:30am, 8:10am, 9:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm, 6:30pm, 7:10pm, and 7:50pm

TUE SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 6:50am, 7:30am, 8:10am, 9:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm, 6:30pm, 7:10pm, and 7:50pm

WED SESSIONS - 5:30am, 6:10am, 6:50am, 7:30am, 8:10am, 9:00am, 11:30am, 12:30pm, 4:30pm, 5:10pm, 5:50pm, 6:30pm, 7:10pm, and 7:50pm

The sessions are only 30 minutes so even those with the busiest schedule can find time to workout.
 What will be required of me? 
We encourage you to workout a minimum of 3x per week and send a weekly progress report to your coach.
 Who is the challenge for? 
People from any fitness level can participate in this challenge.

Our coaches can modify each workout to fit your specific needs, including prior injuries or specific dietary needs. 

Challengers range from athletes looking to maintain weight to those that have 100 or more pounds to lose.

I don’t have a lot of weight to lose, can I still do the challenge?
Yes, you certainly can, you don’t have to have a lot to lose to participate in this challenge. 

Some only have their last 10 or 20 pounds to lose and just want the extra accountability and family environment at Boston Fit Body Boot Camp.
